When does the sitter get paid?

Funds are credited to the sitter's balance after the service is completed. They can then request a withdrawal.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. Cancelling 24+ hours before the service gives a full refund. See the cancellation policy for details.

How is my personal data protected?

Exact address and phone are never public — they appear only after a booking is confirmed.

What if something happens to my dog?

The sitter can contact your emergency contact. In case of a dispute, our team steps in to resolve it.
